H2H Technologies operates the YouNegotiate platform as a technology and communications facilitation service. YouNegotiate is not a debt collection agency, law firm, credit reporting agency, credit repair organization, payment processor, or financial advisor.

Information provided through the platform is for informational and self-service purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or credit advice.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
YouNegotiate does not guarantee settlement outcomes, debt reductions, creditor responses, payment plan approvals, or account resolutions.
Creditor Responsibility
Creditors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of account data, balances, communications, and actions conducted using or outside the platform.
Consumer Responsibility
Consumers are responsible for reviewing account information, verifying accuracy, and making payment or dispute decisions. Participation is voluntary.
Third-Party Services
Certain services such as payment processing, messaging, hosting, and analytics are provided by third-party vendors. YouNegotiate is not responsible for third-party systems or outages.
Payment Processing Disclosure
YouNegotiate does not store full payment card data. Payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant third-party processors and deposited directly into creditor merchant accounts.
Availability and Service Interruptions
Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors beyond YouNegotiate’s control. Service availability is not guaranteed.
Regulatory Disclaimer
Use of the platform does not relieve creditors or users of their independent obligations under applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouNegotiate disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

These disclosures may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated disclosures.
